These Terms of Use and Website Disclaimers (the “Terms”) set the ground rules for [montvilledentalstudio.com] and any page, form, or feature connected to it (together, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Montville Dental Studio, 170 Changebridge Road, Suite A2, Montville, NJ 07045 (“Montville Dental Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read the Terms carefully. Continuing to browse or use the Site shows that you accept them. If any part is unacceptable to you, stop using the Site.
1. Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for adults living in the United States. If you are younger than 18, please browse only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for any information submitted and for your use of the Site.
2. Dental and medical disclaimer
This disclaimer applies to all content on the Site, including service pages, blog posts, FAQs, videos, images, downloads, social media posts we link to, and any replies our staff give through website forms, email, chat, or text.
- General education only. Site content describes dentistry in general terms. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, prescription, or professional opinion about your mouth, teeth, gums, jaw, or overall health.
- No dentist-patient relationship. Visiting the Site, submitting a form, or exchanging messages with our office does not make you our patient. That relationship begins only after you are seen in person and a licensed dentist has examined you and agreed to provide care.
- Only an exam can answer your questions. Whether a procedure is appropriate for you, including cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, clear aligners such as Invisalign, whitening, or cosmetic work, can be decided only after a clinical exam, which may include X-rays or scans.
- Do not delay or ignore care. Never postpone seeing a dentist or physician, stop a prescribed treatment, or disregard professional advice because of something you read on the Site.
- Every patient is different. Descriptions of procedures, timelines, comfort levels, recovery, and benefits are typical examples, not promises. Your experience may differ because of your oral health, medical history, habits, and how closely you follow home-care instructions.
- Risks exist. All dental procedures carry some risk. Specific risks, benefits, and alternatives will be discussed with you before treatment.

3. Emergencies
The Site, its forms, our email inbox, and our text line are not watched around the clock and must never be used for urgent situations. 4. Online communication disclaimer

- We try to respond promptly, but we cannot promise a reply within any particular time, and a message is not considered received until our staff answer it.
- Any general answer we send online is subject to the dental and medical disclaimer in Section 2.
5. Appointment requests
An online appointment request only starts the scheduling process. Your visit is booked once a member of our team reaches out and settles the date and time with you. Requested times are not held until then. Our cancellation, late-arrival, and missed-appointment policies will be explained when you schedule.
6. Photographs, testimonials, and reviews
- Before-and-after images show results achieved for specific patients and are not a prediction of your outcome.
- Some images on the Site are stock photos or use models for illustration and may not show actual patients or our actual work.
- Testimonials and reviews express the personal views of the people who wrote them. They are not statements by our dentists and are not a guarantee of any result.
- Patient photos and stories appear only with written permission.
7. Fees, insurance, financing, and special offers
- Fees. Any prices or estimates on the Site are for general reference, may change without notice, and are not a quote. Your actual cost depends on the treatment recommended after your exam.
- Insurance. A list of plans we participate in does not guarantee that a service is covered or that your plan will pay any particular amount. Coverage, deductibles, frequency limits, waiting periods, and exclusions are set by your plan, and you remain responsible for any balance your plan does not pay.
- Financing. Third-party financing or payment plans are offered and approved by independent lenders under their own terms. We do not control approval decisions, interest rates, or fees.
- Offers. Promotions are subject to the conditions stated with them, may be limited to new patients or to certain services, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, may be withdrawn at any time, and may not be available to patients whose insurance or government program does not permit them.
8. Text messaging program
If you give us your mobile number and opt in to texting, you agree to receive recurring messages from Montville Dental Studio about appointments, reminders, forms, and office updates. Signing up is optional and is never required to receive care. How many texts you get depends on your appointments and account activity. Your wireless provider’s normal messaging and data charges may apply. To end texts, send STOP at any time; for help, send HELP or phone 973-575-6100. Text delivery depends on your wireless provider, and neither we nor any carrier are responsible for delays or messages that fail to arrive. 9. Permitted use
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable permission to view the Site and to download or print pages for your own non-commercial use, as long as you keep any copyright notices intact. You agree that you will not:
- Break any law or regulation, or encourage anyone else to, while using the Site
- Give false information, impersonate another person, or submit information about someone without permission
- Probe, scan, or test the Site’s security, or try to reach any account, server, or system connected to it without authorization
- Upload or send malware, spam, or anything designed to damage, overload, or interfere with the Site

13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is offered “as is,” without any promises or warranties of any kind. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for a professional dental consultation, and no content should be relied on as dental advice for your situation.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Montville Dental Studio and its owners, dentists, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, that arise from or relate to:
- your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site;
- any content on the Site, including errors, omissions, or outdated information;
- any delay, interruption, or failure of the Site, or any virus or harmful code;
